Admissions Policy

The 123ce.com (123ce) is an open-admission institution, created for and serving self-directed adult learners by offering the opportunity to acquire professional certification and continuing education hours online. Those students best served by the institution are self-motivated adult learners who have generally, though not exclusively, earned at least a high school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma. Applicants are expected to be at least 18 years of age and fluent in the English language. 123ce maintains sole discretion for admitting those students who would benefit appropriately from the learning and education provided by this institution.

Applications for enrollment are accepted on a rolling schedule. Since independent study is not determined by a time or place and since each student is a “class of one,” admission and acceptance is followed by the establishment of an online account with access to all your study materials.
