This course examines the practice of business organizations and the paralegal’s potential
functions in this area of law. This course prepares you for entry-level employment as a paralegal in a business law firm. Lessons provide the information needed to work under the supervision of counsel in the legal department of a corporation or to assist an attorney that specializes in providing counsel to businesses.
